Your team's best work comes from a state of mind. We build it in a room.
Flow State is a hands-on workshop that gets a team out of its collective head. Using tools from professional improvisation and two decades of presence training, it builds the four things every creative company runs on: focus, psychological safety, real collaboration, and creative courage. Designed and led personally by Jet Eveleth, a Second City veteran and doctor of integrative medicine, for a conference room or an auditorium.

The best creative work comes from people who feel safe enough to be wrong. That isn't a personality trait. It's a state, and it can be built through practice. A Flow State session trains four things at once:
Focus
People who are actually in the room, not half-managing the next thing. Stronger presence, sharper attention, better meetings after the workshop ends.
Psychological safety
The freedom to offer a half-formed idea without bracing for judgment. Every innovation your company has ever shipped started as one of those.
Collaboration
Teams that build on each other's instincts instead of competing to be right. The difference between a group of talented people and a team.
Creative courage
The willingness to take the risks the work actually needs, grown from the spirit of play instead of pressure.
Not a speech. Not a trust fall.
Three promises we make to every room, because they're the three fears every room walks in with:
No one performs
Nobody is put on the spot, called to the front, or made the example.
No one is embarrassed
The exercises are built so there is no way to do them wrong.
Everyone participates
Including the skeptics in the back. Especially the skeptics in the back.

Simple pricing, scoped to your goals.
Full-day formats, large groups, and multi-team engagements are scoped in the proposal. Tell us what you want your team to walk away with and we'll send one within a few days.
The performer's presence. The clinician's mind.
Jet Eveleth is a rare combination: a top-tier performer who spent two decades in the best rooms in American comedy (The Second City, Chicago's iO Theater, the Caesars Palace show Absinthe) and a scholar of how presence actually works, with a doctorate in integrative medicine, two master's degrees, and postgraduate study of meditation and psychotherapy at Harvard Medical School.
She has taught at Esalen, at Columbia College as a professor of comedy studies, and in rooms full of professionals who came in skeptical and left converted. Your team gets both halves in the same person.
